Many options
Isopure Whey Protein Isolate allows me to add protein to many different foods. So far a couple of my favorites are unsweetened applesauce and sugar free pudding. I don’t notice a difference in flavor at all.

Exactly What I Wanted
I wanted a protein powder without flavor and especially without sweeteners. This is perfect! I blend it into smoothies and stir into cooked oatmeal. I can not taste it at all. I am very pleased to have found exactly what I wanted.

Can I use this in recipes for cooking ? Many protein supplements cannot tolerate exposure to heat. Is there one that is better for cooking ?
BEST ANSWER: When cooking with a whey-based protein, you will normally not lose any protein, however some of the other nutrients will degrade with heat. If you just want protein, heat in cooking is not a problem (since denaturing occurs naturally in digestion anyway.)
