If this is too difficult, consider the <a href=\"\/learn\/fitness\/beginner-workout-plan-total-lean.html\">beginner level workout<\/a>, or if it is too easy, take on the <a href=\"\/learn\/wellness\/advanced-workout-plan-total-lean.html\">advanced workout<\/a>. For the exercises that have to be done on the floor, we suggest looking into a quality <a href=\"\/equipment\/yoga\/\">yoga mat<\/a>.
