If you are just beginning to incorporate activity into your lifestyle, start slow and focus on finding things that you enjoy. As your cardiovascular fitness improves, challenge yourself to do more.<\/div>\n<div class=\"r-paragraph\">For example, if you currently walk on a treadmill at a 3.5 mph pace for 30 minutes, try increasing to 35 minutes, adding a slight incline or increasing your speed to 3.7 mph. Or, if you\u2019re weight training and have been successful at completing two sets of 15 reps at your current weight, challenge yourself by adding a few pounds.<\/div>\n<div class=\"r-paragraph\">Continuously pushing your body to do more than it could previously is the key to building a healthier you. Now, when it comes to activities, the possibilities are endless. Here are a few of our favorites to consider:*<\/div>\n<div class=\"r-paragraph\"><strong>Make A Mini Home Gym<\/strong><br \/>\nBy purchasing a few sets of dumbbells and strength bands, you can easily weight train in your own home, on your own time. Need a little cardio? Do a few flights of stairs.<\/div>\n<div class=\"r-paragraph\">\n<p><strong>Set up HIIT stations<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>No equipment? No problem. Run through a HIIT (high-intensity interval training) routine at your home. There are endless routines online, which include jumping rope, burpees and squats.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"r-paragraph\">\n<p><strong>Hit The Court<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Find a partner and play a friendly game of tennis, pickleball or racquetball.
