Lack of sleep, mounting stress, zapped energy levels \u2013 we all feel these from time to time and look for ways to take the edge off. With thousands of products, ingredients, workouts, and TikTok tips overwhelming your feed, sometimes the best route for guidance is to reach out to your inner circle. So, that\u2019s what I set out to do. This makes sense since the two go hand-in-hand. Most of us wake up in the morning and reach for caffeine, either in the form of coffee or an energy drink. Not only does the caffeine give an energy boost, many of us like it for the nootropic support (hello mental focus!). Tyler says he \u201cprefers the fruity taste of an energy drink instead of the bitter taste of coffee in the morning\u201d. However, we try to avoid caffeine a few hours before bedtime. When it comes to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gnc.com\/drinks\/energy-drinks\/\">energy drinks<\/a>, the sweet spot seems to be in the 150-200mg range. Whereas ingredients like yohimbe did not get stellar reviews for the way it makes you feel. Some of the energy drinks we reach for are <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gnc.com\/energy-drinks-1\/447946.html\">Cellucor\u00ae C4\u00ae SmartEnergy<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gnc.com\/energy-drinks\/595721.html\">G FUEL\u00ae Energy Drink<\/a>. Melatonin doses ranged from 1-5mg (nobody was a fan of anything over 5mg) and gummies are the group\u2019s favorite. Rachel Kreider likes to incorporate <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gnc.com\/non-stimulant-thermogenics\/504321.html\">BodyDynamix\u00ae Slim PM\u2122 Metabolism Support<\/a> into her routine, which has added benefits to boost metabolism (who doesn\u2019t like to burn extra calories while they sleep?). I personally take <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gnc.com\/melatonin\/135223.html\">GNC Melatonin Quick-Dissolving Lozenges<\/a>. I like these because they quickly dissolve in your mouth, which helps to facilitate absorption. I also like the peppermint flavor (which is great when I forget to take it before I brush my teeth with minty toothpaste!).<\/p><p>Some of the other products and ingredients we take for overall health include: ashwagandha and theanine for <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gnc.com\/shop-goal-condition\/stress-management-goal\/\">stress support<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gnc.com\/vitamins-supplements\/multivitamins\/\">multivitamins<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gnc.com\/vitamins-a-z\/vitamin-b\/\">B vitamins<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gnc.com\/vitamins-a-z\/vitamin-d\/\">vitamin D<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gnc.com\/bars\/protein-bars\/\">protein bars<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gnc.com\/muscle-builders\/amino-acids\/\">amino acids<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gnc.com\/weight-management\/meal-replacements\/\">meal replacements<\/a>, and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gnc.com\/digestion\/probiotics\/\">probiotics<\/a>. As you can see, we keep our medicine cabinets and pantries fully stocked.<\/p><p>Across the board, we pay attention to the ingredients in the products we choose. We care about what\u2019s in the product and (sometimes more importantly) what\u2019s NOT in the product. However, where we differ is our exercise of choice.
