The facility optimizes the Company\u2019s capital structure and enhances the Company\u2019s liquidity profile, enabling the Company to utilize its balance sheet cash to fulfill its amortization payment obligation on its existing first lien term-loan (the \u201cFirst Lien\u201d) and fully repay the balance at maturity in Q4 2025.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis agreement strengthens our financial foundation and positions us to continue delivering innovation and value to our customers,\u201d said Oded Shein, CFO of GNC. \u201cWe appreciate the strong partnerships we have with our lenders, which allows us to continue on our path of growth and long-term financial stability.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>This successful execution of new debt funding reflects GNC\u2019s commitment to maintaining robust financial health and operational flexibility.
