A Helpful Supplement
I maintain a low-carb diet. As a result, I was having issues with leg cramps and heart palpitations. The addition of this product once daily has provided enough of an electrolyte boost to help eliminate this problem.

False advertising by Matthews store
I just went to buy my Potassium, on the buy one get one 50% off that is on all signs outside and inside. There was only one bottle on the shelf but Kofie the sales employee told me he would have the other shipped to me. So he rings up my sale, and it is normal price, when I ask him about this he tells me he put the signs up early. I call customer service, I had not get 4 different numbers from the chat line, and after listening to 6 different advertisements, I hang up and try the other number again. The voice at the other end tells me he is sorry, and I can buy online, buy 2 get one free. So I go to the web site it is buy 3 GET ONE FREE. What is wrong with this company????????? Totally not impressed.

Middle of the night relief.
Great product. It relieves muscle cramps quickly. I actually keep the bottle close at night. Also, when I excercise or garden in the heat I often get cramps, even though I drink 2+ quartsof water every day.

Good for Atrial Fibrillation
I have had atrial fibrillation for over 20 years. I take this supplement to help keep the right ratio of Sodium to Potassium which enables the heart to work better.
Magnesium is also beneficial in maintaining the health of the heart.
