Works for me.
I put this and D-Aspartic Acid in my pre-workout and have noticed an improvement in my energy and muscle retention. Very pleased.

Was told this helps with recovery, what is this product primarily used for?
A shopper on Nov 7, 2018
BEST ANSWER: HMB is a metabolite of leucine. It isn't believed to be any more effective than leucine for recovery, but it has been shown to markedly decrease muscle atrophy/breakdown, according to studies. There's even an Ensure formula (the nutritional drink) with added HMB, specifically for people at risk of atrophy due to muscular non-use (such as bedridden patients).
There's lots of info on the internet. Take some time and read some of the studies on *reputable* sites.
Is this the free acid form or the calcium bound form?
