Berberine gave me hiccups and nausea
I took my first one on Friday and had hiccups in the evening and trough the night. I didn't take one on Saturday, no hiccups. Then I took one on Sunday and had hiccups and vomited Sunday night and hiccups while trying to sleep. I didn't take one on Monday but still had uncontrollable hiccups on and off all day. I won't take another one. I realize this was my own personal experience and I didn't take it enough times to be assured that it was the Berberine that caused the hiccups and nausea.

Berberine
This product seems to do what it claims - controls blood sugars. I have only used it for a short time but it seems to be working as advertised. I am holding back on a better rating for further testing (Usage) of the products as I think the time I have used it is not a big enough "Sample Size".
