Has anybody gotten energy from using this?
February 28, 2019
Great quality
The ashwagandha is KSM-66, one of the two best types out there. Its good for anxiety without getting too sleepy. Other effects I've noticed for me is increased libido and strength gains. Much better than the generic formulations of ashwagandha extract.

Sensoril is the other type that is highly effective, but less commonly seen at supplement stores. That kind is more geared towards pure anxiety releif along with sleep.

Is it good to take ashwaghanda root and maca root together?
Laura I on Jan 6, 2019
