How To Use

Mix 1 scoop of Bucked Up into 6-8oz of water 15-30 minutes prior to physical activity. Due to it's potency, we recommend taking no more than 1 scoop. DO NOT EXCEED 2 SCOOPS IN 24 HOUR PERIOD. The best pre workout I've had
I have tried about 10 different types of preworkouts but this is by far the best and my favorite with all the good flavors and the nice boost of energy I would recommend this to everyone

Amazing Supplement
This pre-workout is the best I have ever had. The greatest thing that I have noticed that sets it apart from others is that you don't have a crash. The energy you feel is sustained through the entire workout which is absolutely fantastic! The pump factor is very good and the flavor is the best I have ever tried. Overall fantastic product and I would highly recommend this pre-workout to anybody that is looking for one.

Curious as to why this says 'non-stimulant' but has both caffeine and taurine in it?

BEST ANSWER: The Pink Lemonade is the flavor with no Caffeine. It is also 100% all Nautral
Am I still able to mix creatine hcl with this like I have been in other pre workouts? Or would it be best to take that seperate from this?

BEST ANSWER: I would assume yes I do the same thing with creatine hcl and pre workout. This doesn't seem to have creatine already and HCL you need less anyways so it shouldn't be harmful at all just a little extra pump and boost

BEST ANSWER: If you have high sensitivity to caffeine and beta alanine then yes it does. But you get used to it after a while.
