Great taste, few ingredients
Quest protein powder is my constant go-to bc of the taste and small number of ingredients. I use a scoop of Choc Milkshake with 8 oz of water, a little unsweetened almond milk, and 8 oz of my fav coffee. I pretend I’m having a mocha latte—only this keeps me full much longer than that!

is it gluten-free? It did not come up when I seached "gluten-free" powders. It is not shown in the description online. Why? Which flavors are gluten-free? I have some here and it says gluten-free. Now I am confused. This kind of information is critical to those with celiac. There needs to be consistent clear information.

BEST ANSWER: I love the salted caramel in my coffee. So I add to coffee and put it in my Ninja blender on smoothie setting. Make sure to not fill cup too full, and wait about 5 minutes to open. The hot liquid creates a vacuum when blended. I pour it in my thermos and am good to go in the morning!
