Ultra Omega-3 | GNC

Product Information

The Natural Fish Oil Concentrate used in this softgel is manufactured under strict quality control standards. It is tested to be free of potentially harmful levels of contaminants (i.e. mercury, heavy metals, PCS's, dioxins, and other contaminates).

Those who experience nausea or reflux from other fish oils should find this enteric coated, odor controlled softgel easier to tolerate.

Supportive but not conclusive research shows that consumption of EPA and DHA omega-3 fatty acids may reduce the risk of coronary heart disease.

In real life, the bottle was smaller than I expected. Ive been using this product for a while and didnt realize that Id ordered half the number that I usually get. While comparing prices, I thought that GNC was a few dollars cheaper, not realizing that it was half as much. I could have gotten twice as much for a few dollars more from another company. Your price is outrageous and I wont buy from you again.
The product, itself, is very good.

I resent the earlier 5 star review posted here, that is obviously posted by the company or a shill to promote its product rather than an honest consumer review. Shame on you "NOW"
I have appreciated your low-cost products but - not any more - and I hope others now also refuse to patronize firms that do that sort of thing

Great Product
NOW Ultra Omega-3 is an excellent product at a great price. Even though the pill might be large for some consumers, at 750 DHA/EPA per pill, you only need to take 1-3 pills to meet your optimal serving each day.

Unlike other fish oil supplements (pills and liquid), NOW Ultra Omega-3 doesn't dissolve on your tongue before you can swallow it and does not give you disgusting fish burps.

On the Supplement Facts page, Other Ingredients includes Vitamin E. What is the Vitamin E dosage?

BEST ANSWER: The amount of Vitamin E in the NOW Ultra Omega-3 supplement is negligible. It was added to help stabilize and prolong the shelf life of the supplement only, not to be a source of Vitamin E in your diet.
