Description

THE TRUE STRENGTH OF BRANCHED CHAIN AMINO ACIDS (BCAAS)
L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine, and L-Valine are commonly grouped together and referred to as Branched Chain Amino Acids, or BCAAs, because of their unique branched chemical structure. BCAAs are essential, meaning that they must be consumed through the diet, since the human body cannot make them from other compounds. BCAAs have long been used by strength-training and endurance athletes alike to activate protein synthesis and reduce muscle breakdown caused by intense training. Our Instantized BCAA 5000 Powder is made using a proprietary process that mixes easily and keeps the BCAAs suspended longer so they do not readily settle to the bottom of the glass. Because if you can’t drink your BCAAs, they can’t help your performance.

I haven't been using it very long so I can't say anything about the results and benefits yet. However, the unflavored does NOT taste good. I usually use it with Propel or Gatorade to make it taste better. I don't recommend using it by itself with just water though. However, I'm looking forward to the results and benefits of using it!

Works great, taste can be overcome
I prefer the unflavored because I like to avoid the artificial ingredients when possible. For longer workouts (20 minutes of warm up and intervals followed by an hour or so on weights) one serving in 20 ounces of water delays fatigue noticeably, and another serving added to whey protein right after seems to speed recovery.

Helps recovery
Works very well. Mix with protein shake. Mixes well. Does not effect taste of protein shake very much. Not as sore after strenuous work out. Would recommend.

Taste's terrible
Sorry, but no matter what you mix this with it tastes terrible.

I should have bought a flavored BCAA. I thought I could mix it with whatever (protein, creatine, or just juice). Nope, not going to finish it. Wasted $29.00.

Great product...
Truly do not understand the reviews knocking the taste of this product. I use it daily in orange juice, milk, or protein shakes w/o even being able to detect its presence.

Like most powders (protein or BCAA), it mixes best with a shaker.

Tastes disgusting
This is literally the worst tasting product I have ever tried. You'll never forget to take it because you will dread every moment before its time to gag it down again.

good stuff
Tastes bad if you use more that the serving size when added to a protein shake with 8 oz water.

Does its job
It does its job, how do you actually know its working? You trust the scientists that tell you what its purpose is. It tastes horrible even mixed with a banana protein shake, but it is what it is if you want to provide the max for your body. handle it.

What is the best way to take BCAA + Creatine + Whey?
Should I take BCAA on non workout day?
A shopper on Feb 10, 2013
BEST ANSWER: It is best if you take this product before and after an intense workout in order to see best results.
Is this okay to mix with Optimum Nutrition 100% whey protein and Optimum Nutrition Micronized Creatine Powder?
A shopper on Dec 7, 2012
BEST ANSWER: Mixing these products would not have any adverse health reactions, but taking them too close together (depending on things like food intake and energy exertion) could cause unpleasant effects like a heavy feeling or a "speedy" feeling. Your best bet is to read the labels and see which ones sound like the result you are looking for, try one at a time, and see if you get the expected results. If you do decide to mix, start with smaller than recommended doses and gauge how you feel after. May take some time, but this would be the best way to find an ideal mix for you
Im 16 years old, is it safe for me to be taking this?
