Fills you up but will be grainy
The Blueberry cobbler tastes exactly like blue berry cobbler which is a huge plus. Many powders don't taste anything close to what they advertise, but Redcon1 does! I use this to replace my breakfast in the morning so I stay consistent with my calorie goals. This usually hold me over for about 3-4 hours before I need to eat something else. Recommended serving is 4 scoops which makes the drink very thick regardless of how much water you use. On rest days I will use 2 scoops and still feel fine for 3-4 hours before hunger sets in.

Pros: Great taste, holds me for 3-4 hours, enough to replace 1 meal a day for about a month.

Cons: Scooper needs to have a longer handle, is very grainy and doesn't mix very well.

Amazing Taste!
This is the perfect supplement to have on hand. As a busy mom, I don't always have time to cook my lunch and end up skipping meals. MRE is a life saver. I've tried sweet potato pie and blueberry cobbler, I love both! Can't wait to try other flavors.

Redcon1: Future of Supplements
Okay, Blueberry Cobbler was the first one I had and it was unbelievably delicious. For somebody who doesn't eat breakfast all the time, this is a great choice. It has solid macros and calories. Sweet Potato Pie is also amazing. I can't wait for GNC to have more of Redcon1's products. I have used their preworkouts and bars and they are great.

An absolute perfect meal replacement for athletes or for those not on a carb deficit!!
As an athlete on the go (as well as not being able to cook to save my life...) the MRE is a godsend of a product with only whole food ingredients with protein sources coming from beef, salmon, chicken, and egg. Even the carb sources using actual oats and sweet potato. I don't even count this as buying supplements this is in my grocery list!!! On top of the whole food sources the taste is amazing out the two flavours I've tried (blueberry cobbler and sweet potato pie).

P.s. also when I'm looking for a little less carb and more protein I like to mix 3 scoops of the MRE with one scoop of the new Sustained Protein Blend (either the peanut butter or cinnamon toast crunch) by GNC AMP

A meal replacement that doesn’t taste like a waste
This stuff is amazing! Just got the blueberry cobbler and banana bread from our locally owned GNC. Both flavors are so far are great, If you can track down banana bread the taste was my favorite, our store only had received one though =\
The macros on this meal replacement are just what I needed for the extra little boost, 500ish calories 50 grams of protein and around 70 carbs a serving. Amazing meal after the gym or take it on days where I need to reach my calories. The texture is fine, a little gritty (from the oats) but mixes up and tastes just bomb with cold water in a blender bottle. Keep em coming!! So far I’ve seen blueberry cobbler, banana nut bread, sweet potato pie and apple pie. Hopefully they’ll keep these coming!!

Amazing taste!
Just got this in my "Pro Box" a couple weeks ago. As soon as I tried it, I immediately went to website to order. This must be new to GNC because they only carried one flavor and it wasn't the flavor I received in my Pro Box. They only carried Dutch Apple Pie.
Just today, I got an email asking if I want to purchase anything from my last box of samples. When I went to the Reconn1 MRE link, it now shows that they carry Blue Berry Cobbler, which in every review, said that it had an amazing taste...better than the Sweet Potato Pie, which is what I tried.
Not sure why they don't carry Sweet Potato Pie, when thats what they sent me to try. "....shrug"
Anyway, I'm ordering the Blue Berry Cobbler today!

How many servings per day?
A shopper on Apr 29, 2018
BEST ANSWER: This depends on your needs for caloric intake. Whether you are dieting or trying to bulk. Another variable whether you are male or female. I usual only use this product as a meal replacement when appropriate food is not available.
