500MG Magnesium
My wife has been taking these for 20+ years. Why don't you have it in larger MG? She takes many a day, which is a problem. Please double to 1000MG.

Will the magnesium 500 mg progduct help with anxiety/depression/migraines? I have read that a magenesium deficiency may be partially to blame for these things. I have also ready that stress can keep your body from using magesium properly. If so, what can I do to help my body use the magnesium even though I am under tremendous amounts of stress?

I have a hard time sleeping. Do i take 1 capo 500mg with a meal in evening or morning. Is 1 cap or 2 better. Please advise?
A shopper on Mar 3, 2017
BEST ANSWER: I usually take a single magnesium tablet (250 mg) in the morning. The one night that I took it before going to bed, I slept like a rock (answer to prayer). I have gone to a sleep specialist and found that was very helpful as well. Hope that helps.

which product is best for leg cramps?
A shopper on Oct 19, 2016
BEST ANSWER: At my Dr.'s suggestion I am taking Mag. 500 mg per tablet along with Calcium Gluconate 300 mg per tablet.. It has helped. My dosage is high and I suggest you consult with your Dr. My Mag. had been running low. It should be above 1.8 to 2.0..... I was at 1.5 and when I started taking 9... 500 mg tablets of Magnesium and 9 Calcium Gluconate tablets a day it did not take long to bring my numbers up to 1.8 to 2.0 and I felt better. Leg cramps and foot cramps slowed down to nothing in a short time..I continue the dosage and it has been about 5 yrs now,I so appreciate my Dr.s suggestion of the dosage otherwise I had to have Infusions each week of both drugs..
