Very delicious protein shake
This is the best protein shake I have ever tried. And after drinking it, I am not hungry and feel so energized.

Possibly the best tasting powder ever. I wish the calories were less per serving but I will take those for the excellent flavor. I use Fairlife 2% chocolate low fat milk with it.

Great Taste | Acceptable Results
I'm currently 5'8 169lbs. Before taking this, at the end of July, I weighed 172lbs. I started drinking the shakes 4 times week with one cup of whole milk and another of water (as displayed on the side of the blender) in 1 shake right after my afternoon meal. I eat three times a day. I'll admit, after taking the shake, I tend to feel bloated and sleepy but it goes away after 45 mins or so. I decided to purchase this one because I was told that it does provide results without the expense of gaining a lot of water mass. So it helps maintain a lean physique. In terms of performance, nothing has changed at the gym but my shirts and jeans do fit a little tighter after taking this for about 2.5 months. I have slimmed down a little and my arms are more cut up. Overall, for the price, a proper diet and a good workout, it produces acceptable results. If you're looking for the best possible taste, I STRONGLY recommend to take this with milk, along with throwing one or two ice cubes in the blender as for some reason it tastes much better cold lol.

Birthday Cake - Solid taste for sure
Definitely one of the best flavored proteins I've had. I know that some of the reviews are discussing the calorie amount, but I would really only think that's a problem if you're really trying to watch your intake.

I really like the flavor, definitely helps to cut the sweet tooth cravings. Just mix it with a cup of milk and I'm good to go! The flavor kind of makes me think a little bit of nesquik strawberry milk, I'd definitely buy it again.

Is this appropriate to use after bariatric surgery ?
Karen K on Jul 2, 2018
BEST ANSWER: I'd assume so as I've known a few people who have to go on a liquid only diet while adjusting. Some of the diet consisting of protein shakes.

If anything, you could always consult a dietitian for total verification. This might be the best way to go about it just in case :)
Is this appropriate to use after bariatric surgery ?
Karen K on Jul 2, 2018
BEST ANSWER: I agree with Karen K. The carb load would cause dumping. Last week I experienced dumping from eating a small dish of French Vanilla ice cream and I FAINTED ! Dumping is no joke , please avoid it as much as possible. I'm 9 months out after Gastric Bypass.
