I think for the fact that it is technically a protein bar, they are very good. If you're expecting something similar to a pastry or cake, this really isn't it. The taste is essentially a protein bar with a slightly lighter, fluffier texture. I actually really like the flavor and the texture as a break from the general protein bar.

Not impressed
The cake bites are more like a protein barish thickness and not like cake at all. I have it one star because they contain a good amount of protien; infortunately, they really don't taste like cake.

Great tasting
By far the best tasting protein cake I've had. Really liked the chocolate donut, birthday cake & gingerbread. Gingerbread was my favorite, will be stocking up on those. High protein for 3 cakes. Great alternative to dessert.

Delicious protein treats
I've tried Red Velvet and Birthday Cake. The Red Velvet in particular reminds me of a treat that a certain point based weight loss program carried in the late 00s, only you get more and your teeth don't hurt from all the sweetness afterwards. I don't get much of cream cheese frosting with that one, but eh. Birthday Cake is also good, and has the required sprinkles. I like eating both of these when I want a treat.

Best tasting protein treats on the market!
I have tried so many brands, I had given up! But these kept catching my eye! So glad I took the chance and gave them a try! They are reasonably priced. Not sure why people gave any type of poor review. I can only assume they have not tried all of the other brands like I have! I will be buying in bulk!

Is there really zero fiber? It says chicory root fiber in the ingredients .

BEST ANSWER: I'm no scientist. But I assume that the amount of fiber must be a measurable amount. If you do not understand nutrition labels, this is a great question! It could apply to many instances where small amounts are immeasurable to count. Stop by your local GNC store for more information. Some products do make reference to "trace" amounts of ingredients.
