How To Use

Add one scoop to 6 ounces of cold water or your favorite beverage to a shaker cup or blender and mix 25-30 seconds. Vary the amount of liquid to meet your desired taste and consistency. Using nonfat milk instead of water will give you a thicker, creamier shake.

The Protein you need without all the extras
I would definitely recommend this product to anyone who needs Soy, Gluten and Lactose Free products. It is also Non-GMO and doesn't have added vitamins.. I like the Dutch Chocolate best for shakes and I usually make them with non-fat milk or Almond Milk, also add Frozen Blueberries and Strawberries and spinach and sometimes bananas - Makes it the consistency of a thick milkshake- nice reward for my workouts! I also use the vanilla to add protein to Oatmeal (add after the Oatmeal has cooked and cooled to eating temp).

I highly recommend this product! No flavor, which is really hard to find in regular stores. I try to avoid flavors because:

1. I can put the powder into anything when it is unflavored
2. "Natural flavors" aren't healthy at all!

This powder was very easy to mix even without a shaker. I found it easier to mix in warmer drinks but it was still easy to mix into my cold brew coffee (it just took more time is all)

I will definitely order this product again in the future! Thank you!

BEST ANSWER: I mix mine with water and add 1/2 of banana and 2 teaspoons of natural peanut butter (so surgar added) and sometimes a couple of strawberries or a few blueberries with ice in a blender.
This brand tastes great so you don’t really have to add anything. But, using the protein mix to make a smoothie takes it to the next level! Enjoy!
Can this be used in hot liquids?

BEST ANSWER: I've never tried, but it mixes so easily in cold liquids, I don't see why not. But u may want to check with the manufacturer to see if heating it would damage the nutrients
For the unflavored powder, can I add some to my oatmeal and not taste anything including powdery texture?

BEST ANSWER: As far as the flavor aspect, you shouldn't taste anything. The texture would depend on how you would blend it into your oatmeal. I have never tried doing that, since I mostly mix it up in a shake. So I can't say with 100% certainty that you would eliminate the texture.
