I work out mon, tues, thurs,fri doing lifting running jumping running plays and all the above for a football practice NON PADDED. I want to put on at least 20lbs of muscle or more and i want to know if this product will be the 1 to do the job.

The fact that you're running will do well for your lower body, but definitely consider adding something like weighted swings for your upper body as well, they do wonders for your torso, arms and shoulders.
