How To Use

Instructions say mix 52 grams but the cup that comes with the bottle has no measurement on it. How much is 52 grams?

for the pre packaged shakes how much supply is it a months worth ?? or two weeks if its two shakes a day what is worth buying the 1,8 lb jug or the pre packaged shakes ? what will last me longer ???

Can you please tell me where to find the expiration date on a packet of Lean Shake 25? Can't seem to find it anywhere on the packet. I see a long code, but not sure if this has the expiration date in it. If so, how do I read it? Thanks!

BEST ANSWER: There are no ingredients in GNC Total Leanâ„¢ Lean Shake 25 that would make it harmful for use by someone who is diabetic. However as will all supplements if you are being treated for a medical condition you should get the approval of your doctor before using it.
Also want to see if ok to use while breastfeeding?
