how long do i have to use this before i see results from turmeric and bromelian?

BEST ANSWER: I have taken just Bromelain for years so thought I would try this combo. To be honest I did not notice anything different. I do exercise at least 4 days a week and thought maybe this combo would help with the after soreness but I didn't notice that it did.
