Are these Wheat & Gluten Free?
A shopper on Mar 28, 2016
BEST ANSWER: check the label. if not noted, ask your GNC consultant.
Since this is not on your gluten free supplements list I must assume it's not. Deal not done. Shame there is no info for each product...?

Can I take 2 caplets the first day?
A shopper on Mar 14, 2018
BEST ANSWER: Of course you can. B vitamins are water-soluble and flush right out of your system. I’ve taken up to six per day for short periods of time and was completely fine.
There are companies that make it be 125 mg. That’s over two of these and people take them daily.
