Bad taste
So sorry I purchased this "flavored " product. I can't even take it as it taste much like what I believe dog food would taste. Not able to disguise or coverup. I cannot comment on effectiveness of its intentions as I have not taken any additional, doses. I would suggest capsules if you have an aversion you horrid tasting vitamins.
