A must for a diabetic
As an insulin-dependent diabetic, I took B6 for about 6 months then came off of it because I started taking a multi-vitamin. I may goback on it because I've had carpal tunnel sybdrome in both wrists, had the surgery done to free the nerve and, because of poor diabetes control, regained the carpal tunnel. At first, I thought the B12 was having an effect on the nerves, but that's not the case, as the carpal tunnel is back with a vengeance and I'm taking the B12 without effect. I start in on the B^, again, and I'm convinced I will not only improve the carpal tunnel inboth wrists, but the nerve damage in both elbows and arms! At the time, i was taking 400mg. I may have to up that dosage because my nervous system is so impaired by this condition that a stronger dose may be just what the doctor ordered!
