Lumiday® Mood Enhancement

I'd love to try this but being on a fixed income it is much too expensive for me. I have heard that it works well.

I didn’t notice a change, except that I got cranky in the afternoon. Besides that I felt no change at all

Been taking this once a day for 3 days so far and have noticed at least a 95% percent decrease in my anxiety. Yes it's expensive as all get out but I can say it truly helps. The only side effects I've noticed is my taste is a little bit off but it's only been 3 days. Hopefully it gets better

As someone who has anxiety, I take 1-2 every morning and it gives me a feeling of calm without feeling tired or drugged like prescription anxiety medicine does. I recommend it to people who have anxiety all the time. This product is well worth it. I can't imagine not having it in my vitamin cabinet.

Works great. It makes your mood better, even makes easier to fall a sleep at night. No more anxious moments. The only bad thing is the ridiculusly high price tag.

I walked into GNC one day and was straight-up with the cashier. I was having debilitating anxiety and actually had a panic attack driving to the store to find something as a last resort before going to a prescription. The cashier recommended lumiday, and I tried it, figuring I had nothing to lose. A few days in, and I was a new person. I just bought my second bottle today. I don't plan on EVER being without this supplement. On a different trip I was raving about this product, and the cashier took one off the shelf and told me that it was from the 5 HTP, because that was as close to seratonin as I could get from a supplement. I don't know how true it is (although I've never been steered wrong by an employee there before) but whatever is in this is a miracle. I am a new person. One month later and I've only had 3 very mild panic attacks, in comparison to having several a day before. I would definitely recommend this to anyone facing anxiety if they aren't ready to go into the realm of prescriptions just yet.

FIRST OF ALL.....I have seen people posting on here saying that all the good reviews are from people who work for Lumiday....listen..most of us are reading these reviews because we have something that is going on in our lives that is making us need something to make us feel better so we can function so if you haven't tried these stop leaving negative reviews....it isn't helping us to try and find a balance with our pain and getting through life.
With that being said....I DON'T work for Lumiday....I have my ow company that my husband and I have owned for 10 years....it is stressful.. My husband and I have been together for 24 years. Recently we have been going through changes that are devastating to me. I cry constantly and am constantly in pain emotionally and I THOUGHT I was a strong person!! I have never taken any drugs, I don't drink, I don't smoke, but this pain was making me not be able to function in life. I was terrified! I was hurt at the thought of losing him, not feeling adequate, losing my dreams, losing myself. I would go to sleep crying and walk around like a zombie with indescribable pain!! I went to the doctor and she gave me some meds that she said would take 2 weeks to feel the effects and that I couldn't be homicidal or suicidal and take these....huuuuuuuuuuu....you are giving me a pill that will make me want to kill someone or kill myself and I'm already depressed.....huuuuuuuuu!!!!! That sounded crazy!! Then she said that it wasn't addictive but I wouldn't be able to stop taking it without weening myself off of it or I would crash into depression....huuuuuuuu!!!! I decided that I was afraid to take those but I knew I needed help. I'm usually strong but every morning I felt like I could feel my heart bleeding! I couldn't find me. I felt lost, sad, hopeless, worthless. I researched natural products and came across a lot of different ones. I called GNC to ask about the individual ones and they told me about Lumiday. I was skeptical but was willing to try something other than something that would make me homicidal and suicidal. Yes the pills are expensive but I don't mind the expense to feel normal again!! The first time I took a pill was before bedtime....don't do that!!! I woke up in a panic attack....I was like oh my word.....I knew it was working though....I think my body was so shocked and out of balance that the pill was adjusting my body back and that is why it felt so weird. I took another one the next day around 11 and LISTEN.....my mood changed drastically.......I was laughing and dancing lol!!! I continued to take one in the morning because that is when I feel the worse pain in my heart and then another one around 5-6 in the afternoon. My depression and inability to concentrate is gone....I am doing things that I have wanted to do for years. Don't get me wrong, I still feel hurt and pain but I am able to manage it with these pills. I have been on them for about a week and I will stay on them for a couple months till I get through what I need to mentally with my husband. I know I don't just need a pill....I am going to counseling and working on somethings to improve my self worth.....you can't rely on a pill to build your self esteem and self worth. This pill works!! I have been dealing with lots of anxiety, stress, and depression lately. My wife introduced me to this product. I have to say this stuff is amazing; I honestly do not feel any anxiety or stress anymore. In fact, my entire mood has changed. At first, I was skepticle and assumed the product would be a joke but it truly does work.

I was a little reluctant to try this because of the price but I'm glad I'm did. My anxiety and stress levels decreased significantly and I like that I'm taking a supplement instead of a Rx drug. I was impressed with the results.

I purchased this product reluctantly, mainly because it costs so much. I decided I really needed to do something about my stress/fatigue and general attitude...I was feeling a little depressed even with all the exercise I do. Things I used to do that made me feel good both mentally & physically, just didn't seem to be working like in the past. ..that's when I decided to try something natural, rather than some type of anti-anxiety/depressant med. SO...I agreed to purchase 1 bottle (1 month supply)of Lumiday. Thought I'd give it a try. It truly does seem to be helping. I'm not a pill taker, so anything I do take, I notice. I feel "level" and not so up & down. My focus seems to have improved and I don't feel so sad. Still, I'm not 100% convinced, but I will continue this product for the good results I have had. It has most definitely taken the "edge" off!

I bought this product after hearing about it on the radio as sort of a joke. However part of me was hopeful that this MIRACLE supplement would do some good. I brought it to my wife who had tried several anti depressant prescriptions with little or no success. So after a few days my family noticed a substantial change in her. I commented to our kids and jokingly said has mom been drinking? She was singing Xmas songs baking cookies and just extremely pleasant. my 10 year old daughter looked up from her laptop smiled and said " LUMIDAY DADDY'. I love Lumiday. The first time I tried it was the free 14 day trial. It has really helped me with motivation and gives me the engery I need. I am now a regular user of Lumiday.

I take lumiday daily, one in the morning and one in the afternoon. Just 3 days of starting it, I have noticed the difference.

My moods are much better, I feel good, not edgy or tired and just feel normal again.

Sure the price is more than I would like to pay for a one month supply however, it is money well invested. I am a full time working Mother of 3 and a Wife. Mood and Energy are of utmost importance in my life.

If you haven't tried it, give it a shot. :))

I AM "almost" sure Lumiday works BUT, could it be that it has some dependency to it ? while waiting for my order to be shipped, i actually felt very [very]tired ???

I took the anti anxiety medication Effexor for 6 years, and decided I wanted to try to wean myself off. I did so, and had horrible anxiety for months just like before I started the medication until I found this supplement. I take one tablet per day in the morning, along with a fish oil and green tea extract; and I can't believe how much more stable I feel. It's a natural way to boost your energy levels without taking 10 different pills. Vitamin Bs always have been considered as a safe and effective supplement. Since I started taking Lumiday, I feel my "fuel" lasts longer throughout the day. I haven't noticed a mood improvement. But I have been regarded as a positive person all my life :-)

This is an excellent product. I can tell the days I take it, to the days I dont. I have a very bad memory so instead of trying to remember to take it twice a day (1 pill in morning/ 1 pill at night) I just take 2 in the morning. I feel my alert, and I can usually make it til the end of the night with out getting irritable and crabby! My husband and kids are happy because of it too! :)

This product has relieved my stress and anxiety and in general boosted my overall mood. I take one capsule in the morning and another mid to late afternoon.

I tried this product for free and I couldn't believe the results. I suffer from depression and anxiety and I felt so much better after my free trial, that I went to the store to buy some more. I take two in the morning. It's the first thing I reach for in the morning. I still take my regular medication too, but this is a wonder drug! The only bad thing is that if you take two a day, it's only a 15 day supply and it is costly.

I was depressed recently because of big disappointments. I saw this capsule ad in my computer while browing my emails. Read this one and it was offered free for 14 days. Just thought of give it a try. The Lumiday package arrived in three days and while I was so depressed and not feel like working in my office. I took two tablets in the morning. It helped very greatly. Though the situation didn't vanish, I did not feel like depressed, I started thinking good and the depression or the situation did not affect me. I used this tablet regularly and helped very well. So ordered another package and taking one tablet sometime or when I feel like depressed I used to take two. This product is worth the money and the situation. But it is also costlier. I have also reserached similiar products in GNC and outside; the ingredients anti depressant vitamins(L-Thiamin) are four times high than the other low cost production which is usually 20$ approx. This vitamin quantitiy increases that product cost also increases. When compared in this way, this product has less cost than those products. In my opinion, I am not offord to use this regularly but If I encourter similiar situation, I will go for this product.
I strongly recommend for this product, when you feel depressed and money is not matter for a month to use. You will really feel good. This doesn't bring sleep. I felt happy and also spent time with my kid. That's alll I have. Product worth the situation and money when you think of product in 20$ range. The ingredients are the matters.
