Mix 1 heaping scoop with 8-10 oz. of cold water 20-30 minutes before activity or workout. To assess your tolerance, begin with 1/2 scoop in 4-5 oz. of cold water. Vary the amount of water to achieve desired flavor. Do no exceed 1 scoop per day. Some individuals may experience a normal tingling sensation, attributed to the beta-alanine.

Warnings
Use only as directed. Consult a healthcare professional before use if you are pregnant or nursing, have a medical condition, or use prescription medications. Do not use more than six months. The recommended dose of this product contains about as much caffeine as half a cup of coffee. Limit the use of caffeine-containing medications, foods, and beverages while taking this product, because too much caffeine may cause nervousness, irritability, sleeplessness, and occasionally, rapid heartbeat. Do not consume with alcohol, drive, or operate machinery while taking this product., The recommended dose of this product contains about as much caffeine as two and half cups of coffee. Limit the use of caffeine-containing medications, foods, or beverages while taking this product, because too much caffeine may cause nervousness, irritability, sleeplessness, and, occasionally, rapid heartbeat., Keep out of reach of children.
