Taste great with almond milk, love it!!!

Best flavor, high quality, should be sold in New Zealand :)
The chocolate frosting flavor is one of the best I've had. I found this while visiting family and traveling in the US and Mexico and it was so good, i ordered two containers to be shipped to me in NZ. This isolate is better on my stomach than normal Whey protein, and goes great in unsweetened plant-based "milks" like almond and coconut, great in oatmeal, and even mixes very well in water.

Excellent. All flavors are good except for cookies and cream, tastes too processed. Beyond that it does what it needs to do and is good on the stomach.

I am not a body builder and want protein to use as meal replacements with added carbs on my own. Presently use Prolific Isolate. I have to avoid Creatine or any other related kidney potential problem causing agents if not a body builder. Is this as good as Prolific Isolate Life for that purpose?

Can this cause kidney problems?
A shopper on Apr 7, 2019
BEST ANSWER: High-protein diets have been shown to be harmful for kidneys in people with kidney disease. However, this evidence is not shown for healthy people.

Even if you do have kidney disease, as long as you do not consume too much protein in your diet overall, you should be okay. This is just to give you a little extra protein if you lack it or don't have time to cook a meal after working out.

I am no doctor, however, so maybe consult with your practitioner if you are concerned. Good luck!

Can you drink 4 servings per day?
A shopper on Apr 24, 2019
BEST ANSWER: Protein powder, this and all others, are simply food. You can drink/eat/use as many servings per day in the same way you can eat as many other protein sources per day. Ensure you know your macro-nutrients needed and you will know how many servings you will want/need to take in that day. On days where I have not had opportunities to have many other protein sources, I have easily used 5 or 6 servings of protein powder to ensure I hit my protein for that day.
