Taste like vanilla ice cream
Vanilla isopure is probably one of the best vanilla tasting protein powders I've tried this far. It's not boring. It dissolves easily and has very little to no residue. If you're looking for a chunky type of protein this is a 0 in that department, this is good if you prefer a thin consistency.

Is this powder keto friendly ?
A shopper on Oct 31, 2018
can we use this product by one scoop only or are two scoops neccessary??!?!?!
A shopper on Aug 27, 2012
BEST ANSWER: To have the full effectiveness of the Isopure supplement, you'd need two scoops daily. There would be no negative effects to taking only a single scoop a day, however, it will only provide half of the stated vitamins and minerals.
What protein powder should i buy that will not affect my gout and arthritis?
A shopper on May 28, 2013
BEST ANSWER: I would recommend Nature's Best Perfect Zero Carb Isopure as the protein powder least likely to cause issues with your gout and arthritis.
do all isopure products contain soy?
A shopper on Feb 25, 2018
BEST ANSWER: Yes; however, Soy Lecithin is a natural and necessary emulsifying substance found in the cells of all living organisms. It is found in many whole foods such as cabbage, cauliflower, chickpeas, nuts, seeds, and eggs among many others. When this seemingly innocuous additive is listed on a food label, it is usually one of the very last ingredients. This means that minute amounts are present.
When you use the word instantized. Is that the same meaning as hydrolyzed and micronized? In other words does the isopure protein instantly reach your muscles or does it take up to 25 min?
A shopper on Jul 21, 2013
BEST ANSWER: The word instantized means to make (foods or other products) available in instant or easily prepared form. It is not the same as hydrolyzed (reacts with water) or micronized (reducing diameter). The protein in this is pure, all impurities have been removed. It enables it to process faster, but not instantly.
Cna this be taken twice a day? or it has to be extrictly as directed?
A shopper on Feb 17, 2013

Hi, can I take this product before and after workouts or it has to be once a day as the directions say?
A shopper on Feb 16, 2013

You should consult your physician and request to have your levels checked to make sure you are not deficient or getting too much of these properties in your body.

A shopper on Feb 14, 2013

i'm in a routine exercise / daily gym condition
A shopper on Feb 29, 2012
BEST ANSWER: 1-2 scoops right after your workout.
I want to build my muscles but do not get fat, do you think this one will work if not which one should I take?
A shopper on Jul 16, 2019
BEST ANSWER: That's a complex question and you won't get a one size fits all answer other than "it depends." If your diet is high protein to help build muscle (assuming you've calculated all of your other macros), then this is a great product to help meet your protein goals that you may not be getting from your other foods. It's a great supplement for Keto since it's high protein and low carb. So to answer your question, yes - assuming you've accounted for other things (including your type of workouts). You cannot just drink this, build muscles, and lose weight.

Is this product gluten free?
A shopper on Sep 15, 2012
BEST ANSWER: Yes, this product is Gluten free. It does contain the L-Glutamine, which is commonly confused with Gluten because of the similarity of the names. However, L-Glutamine is an amino acid that our bodies naturally produce, whereas Gluten is not.
I don't see any reference to Gluten Free; however, there aren't any "wheat" ingredients listed on the label?
A shopper on Jul 21, 2012
BEST ANSWER: The FDA is still developing a standard for which foods and dietary supplements may be labeled as gluten-free. This should be in place by the end of 2012. While there is some uncertainty about required standards companies may be wary about labeling something as gluten-free, to avoid later recalls.

BEST ANSWER: The most important time to take protein supplements is after a workout.
