it's bad
I thought it is gel, which should be a little thicker. But it is liquid, brown, and smelly!!! I don't want to use it...

it was bad when I got it
This is the second time I bought this product. It was supposed to be clear liquid gel but this time when I opened it, it already turned brown and smelly.

Aloe Vera Skin Gel
I like my skin gel at least what little of it I received. I ordered ten tubes of it and your company sent it to me in a flimsy plastic mail bag causing much of it to be squeezed out because of heavier items stacked on top of it. Next time put it in a box. That is IF THERE IS TO BE A NEXT TIME.

The product is fine, but the tube containers are bad. It won’t survive any flight. I bought a dozen, only 2 are fine. GNC won’t refund.

Is it supposed to be clear or yellow ish?

BEST ANSWER: Clear. I’ve ordered several tubes, they’ve all been clear. They recently changed the name and with that the order/amount of ingredients. It used to be thicker...more like a gel, now it’s more runny. The previous formula was better.
