After doing research on amino acids I finally decided to jump in and try the BCAA. I can say that it absolutely works. Also taste good. I'm not fan of pills, which is why I purchased the powder. While more expensive, to me it is worth it. I've been using it for a 7 days now. When I started the supplement I decided to really ramp up my workouts to see if it really worked. I hit a plateau for a while. BCAAs got me off that plateau. I was expecting a lot of soreness due to the intensity and frequency of my workouts, I can proudly say that I have not been sore, maybe a little a night but by the next morning I'm ready to go again. I also got some gains out of it. I feel and I am stronger after this past week. I definitely will continue to use for all 50 servings. Can't wait to see the end results after completing the full bottle.
