My taste buds want to give it 1 star, but...
My taste buds would give it 1 star but after switching to GNC tablets for a few months I had to put on my big boy pants and come back to this one. Albeit I'm an amateur when it comes to training and weightlifting, the mirror just doesn't lie. My body looks like I took a step backwards; so back to holding my breath and trying to bypass my tongue it is. LOL

so far so good
So far seems ok - may help a bit with endurance and level of workouts - but I don't take it as a pre-workout - rather as a daily supplement. As for taste, I really don't mind the taste if I just chug it down - but, as a test, I recently added a dose of L-Arginine in the same glass and it definitely cuts down on the tartness of the Creatine alone. Jury still out on the L-Arginine.
