Do you take this before or after work out?
March 29, 2018
I found mixing this with about 4-5 ounces of lemonade is a great taste. It's got a little zing in the taste, but way better than the regular non micronized creatine and grape juice of old. Like drinking saw dust.

Good stuff. Been using it for 6 months now and had amazing results. Horrible taste but it's pure.

Only used for 2 weeks but I think it definitely helped with strength gains. However it taste terrible like just squeezing the world's most sour lemon into your mouth. Other than the horrid taste no other complaints.

I have tried many creatine's and most to be quite honest are all packed with sugars and nasty processed junk. This is a pure creatine so it wont taste the best it tastes like salt water but it is absolutely worth it and not a deal-breaker for me. I like to take the more natural approach to health and fitness. I LOVE THIS PRODUCT i was energized i was able to lift more and i could see and feel the difference in my muscles. No creatine ever worked the way this worked, i am 150% satisfied.

It works
If the thought you have when drinking this product is it tastes not yummy, read the label, it's a pure Creatine HCL, anything HCL is a salt so no duh it doesn't taste like gum drops and candy cane lanes you're buying it to have it pure, if they made it taste delicious it would be full of sugar and all the stuff this company has literally created this product to get away from (go back to muscle tech if taste is what matters to you). As for effects I was taking two servings per day, one before and one after my workouts, first week could see an increase in strength and endurance, by the end of week 2 though the difference was very noticeable, I could lift more weight for more reps and recovery was not an issue the following morning, will buy again, and again and again and again, HIGHLY RECOMMEND that if you do not like sour salts if your drink, look else where, but if you want a pure product reduced to the targeted compound this is for you.

Before or after work out?
A shopper on Mar 3, 2018
BEST ANSWER: I personally take it pre & post workout. The results have been the best by far since I’ve gone to that routine. But take into consideration that I’m training 3-4 hours a day & compeat in professional rodeo so I constantly need to be at the top of my game. See what works best for you & the results that you’re trying to achieve then adjust it from there.
How big is the scoop?
A shopper on Mar 9, 2018
BEST ANSWER: The scoop is NOT "roughly a tablespoon", as per Bradley C -- The scoop is 5 cc, which is just over 1 US teaspoon (there are 3 teaspoons in a tablespoon)
