Label indicates 4 X daily. However, there is no mention of a loading phase. 20 g daily is excessive based on my research.

Great creatine
Really liked this creatine flavorless so you can mix it with anything and I didn't get stomach cramps and diarrhea while using it like I did with other creatines I tried in the past

Great for the price
This is really good product specially for the price. It works great for me I take it pre and post workout and It has been working great I recommend mixing with a good drink it taste bad with water and it also doesn't dissolve completely that's the only bad thing about it but over all it's great 4/5

Just getting started
I was recommended to use this by a GNC employee when I purchased my whey and pre-workout. My response was "why do I need this" and he told me that it would make my muscles hold more water, look bigger and help me with that last umph I needed to get that last rep. I must say that while I have been using the product pre workout not post, my workouts have been better, more energy throughout and I must say I'm guessing it's doing what it's supposed to do. In a very short time I went from working out with 185 to 225 (4)sets of 8, and after I completed all of my reps I can still slam 300 to 305 without any spotter so I feel the power gain!!!! It does not mix very well but it's worth the price and it's very reasonable as well. I will continue to use and more reviews to come!

I am a senior in high school and my friend said that this helped him do a lot better in our sport and suggested I take it. He took it when he was younger and wasn't at risk for drug tests but now that we are older I have a fear that if I take this and get drug tested it will set it off. can anyone confirm whether or not it will?
A shopper on Nov 13, 2011
BEST ANSWER: It really depends on what kind of drug test is done, however, creatine is normally tested because some use creatine in order to pass a drug test and avoid testing positive for illegal drugs. If you had any concerns at all, I would recommend against taking any supplement that may skew results.

I am 6 foot 1 and I weigh 125 pounds. I am looking to put on muscle. Is this the right product for me?
A shopper on Mar 28, 2010
BEST ANSWER: This is one of those yes and no questions. Yes, creatine will definatley make u bigger and step up your wieght. Although, you really need to use a good protein suplement as well. Creatine will help you power through your workouts a give you some serious muscle gains and the protien will help support and refill you muscles with the necisary components to prevent muscle tearing and straining. Also the protein will help you build lean muscle too. One thing you should know is that creatine can be dangerous and you should drink at around gallon of water a day. Good luck!

BEST ANSWER: People have differing opinions on this matter. One common method is to take it for a month or two, cycle off for about two weeks, then start up again. I've also seen an article that claims there's no point to cycling creatine. I know this isn't entirely helpful, but those are the two schools of thought on the subject, from my understanding.

i am a bit confused on how to take this product, so do i just take one scoop after my workout, or one scoop before and another scoop after?
A shopper on Jul 10, 2013
BEST ANSWER: According tot he dosage instructions on the label mix one heaping teaspoon (5g) with 8-10 oz of water or your favorite sports beverage and drink immediately following your workout. Although it states that you should take pre- and post-workout for best results, there is not much benefit to be gained by spacing out the dosage and you should not exceed the recommended 5g dosage without consulting a health care professional.
