You may decide to have promotional text messages sent directly to your mobile device. This program is completely voluntary, and messages will be sent to you only if you have opted in to receive them. Consent is not required as a condition of purhcase. Message and data rates may apply. If you have errantly received a marketing text message without opting in to the program, or if you wish to opt out of receiving text messages, you can cancel the program at any time by either:

  • Texting the keyword "STOP" to the short code 46248; or
  • Contacting Client Services by email at Customer-service@gnc-hq.com or by phone at 1-888-462-2548

You will need to provide your mobile phone number in order to be removed from the program. It may take up to 10 days to process your stop request. You may receive additional text messages from GNC during this time. GNC respects your privacy and your mobile number will only be used in this text message program by GNC and its third party marketing partners administering this program on GNC's behalf as set forth above.

GNC Mobile Alerts Program. By providing your mobile phone number you are subscribing to receive promotional text messages and alerts from GNC. Promotional text messaging shall include event alerts, updates, discounts, and special offers. You will receive up to five (5) messages per month. Message and data rates may apply.

Please consult the applicable wireless service agreement for your individual pricing plan. Text messaging may not be available for all service providers or for all handsets. The carriers supported by this program are as follows: AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Alltel, U.S. Cellular, Boost, Nextel and Metro PCS. Cellular phone carriers' instructions for text messaging may be different. Check your user's manual for phone capabilities and specific instructions. GNC makes no guarantee that any particular wireless service provider will participate.
