Know the the side effects
I've taken the product before surgery to add in speeding up my recovery (different manufacturer) and i had great results. Due to another up coming surgery arnica was a must have on my list. This time i began to have side effects. I began to have partial muscle Paralysis on the right side of my face. I took myself to the ER ($8,000.00 in bills so far) with fears that i may have suffered from and stroke or even the start of Bell's palsy. I have stopped taking the arnica and have regained motion and feeling. I'm not saying that this is a bad product, just want people to be aware of a potential side effect. Maybe you'll be able to save yourself a trip to the ER.

Great Product for Leg Cramps
This is a great product. My doctor recommended this product to me yrs ago. My husband and I use it daily. I also introduced it to my friend who was getting leg cramps at night and she loved it. Her night leg cramps subsided. I recommend it highly.

YES, this works.
This actually DOES work, but you have to heed the directions: Take one every 30 minutes. (Chew it up in your mouth and swallow). Whenever it is that you begin to feel relief, start taking one every 4 hours instead of every 30 minutes. Unfortunately, they don't tell you how long you can continue taking it. I guess that's up to you.
