What's myGNC Rewards? How does it work?
myGNC Rewards is the free way to earn Cash Back Rewards just for shopping at GNC. Every time you make a purchase in store, online or through the GNC Live Well app, you’ll earn Rewards Points that you can convert into Cash Back Rewards.
As a myGNC Rewards member you can expect to receive special offers, personalized product recommendations and info on the health and fitness topics you’re interested in.
How do I sign up for myGNC Rewards?
There are three easy ways to sign up for myGNC Rewards and they’re all free! Create an account at GNC.com, through the GNC Live Well app or in store with an Associate.

I just joined myGNC Rewards/PRO Access. What do I do next?
Welcome aboard! You joined millions of members who get more at GNC.
First, check to make sure your member profile is filled out so you get your free birthday gift and if you’re a PRO Access member, your PRO Boxes. Verify your current mailing address and don’t forget to save your info when you’re updating it!
You can also decide if you want to bank your points or automatically redeem them for rewards.
How do I complete my profile?
If you joined myGNC Rewards or PRO Access in store, you may not have filled out your profile. No sweat, you can still get an extra $5 Cash Back Reward if you complete it now.
- Go to GNC.com and click "My Account" and then "Login”
- Click “Forgot Password” and follow the prompts if this is your first time accessing your account on GNC.com.
- Click “Profile”, fill out your info (share your birthday if you want a free gift!) and then hit Save!
How do I earn Rewards Points?
First, sign up for myGNC Rewards. It’s free! Then, just give the GNC Associate the phone number or email address associated with your account when you check out in store. If you’re shopping online, make sure you’re logged into your account.
No matter where you shop, you’ll earn one Rewards Point per dollar you. The only thing you won’t earn points on are gift cards. There are a ton of ways to earn bonus points so keep an eye out for emails about these opportunities to get Cash Back Rewards even faster!
I travel a lot for work. Will I get Rewards Points for purchases at GNC stores throughout the country and GNC.com?
Yes, absolutely. You can earn Rewards Points on nearly all of your purchases made at any GNC store in the U.S. or at GNC.com.
When will my Rewards Points appear in my account after a purchase?
The Rewards Points you earn from shopping in store will be deposited in your account within 24 of purchase. If you’re shopping on GNC.com your Rewards Points will appear in your account 24 hours after your products have been shipped.
How many Rewards Points equal a Cash Back Reward?
One dollar spent at GNC equals one Rewards Point. 150 Rewards Points equals a $5 Cash Back Reward. With bonus points, you’ll be surprised how fast your points add up and rewards hit your account!
Do my Rewards Points ever expire?
Yes. Like all good things, even Rewards Points must come to an end. Rewards Points are valid an entire year before they expire so you have plenty of time to get those Cash Back Rewards and go shopping!
How do I turn my Rewards Points into Cash Back Rewards?
When it comes to redeeming your points for Cash Back Rewards, you have two options: Auto-Redeem or Bank.
- Choose “Auto-Redeem My Rewards” in the myGNC Rewards tab in your account on GNC.com. We’ll automatically load your rewards in your account once you hit your chosen threshold so you can spend them as soon as you earn them.
- Select “Bank My Points” and choose when you want to redeem your rewards. Just go into your account and activate a reward when you’re ready to shop. Kaching!
If you haven’t picked a preference yet you’ll be enrolled in Auto-Redeem My Rewards. You can change this to “Bank My Points” in the myGNC Rewards tab in your account on GNC.com or in the Account Settings in the GNC Live Well app.
How do I change my Auto-Redeem reward threshold?
Increase or decrease your reward threshold by logging in to GNC.com and following these steps:
- Click “My Account” on GNC.com
- Click “myGNC Rewards”
- Click “Rewards Preferences” and then “Select Your Reward Preference”
- . Choose a reward threshold between $5-$50 and hit “Save”

I chose “Bank My Points.” How do I convert my points to rewards?
For Cash Back Reward redemption online:
- Log in to your GNC.com account and click “myGNC Rewards”
- Click “Select A Reward” and choose the reward amount you’d like to use (it will be available for use when you check out)
- During checkout, click “Apply” and the reward will be applied to your order.
You will also have a chance to redeem and apply a Cash Back Reward directly at checkout.
For Cash Back Reward redemption in store:
- Log in to your GNC.com account and click “myGNC Rewards”
- . Click “Select A Reward” and choose the reward amount you’d like to use
- The Cash Back Reward is now waiting in your account at any GNC store
For Cash Back Reward redemption in the app:
- Log into myGNC Rewards in the GNC Live Well app
- Click “Select Reward” and choose one based on your available points
- Click “Activate” to complete the process
It is now available for immediate use in store or online.
Where can I find my Rewards Points balance?
There are a ton of ways to keep track of your points! Find your Rewards Points balance on every store receipt, in your GNC.com account, in the GNC Live Well app and in your monthly account statement emails.
If you’re in store, an Associate can look up your balance for you or you may contact Customer Service at 1.888.462.2548. If you’re a PRO Access member, please call the PRO Access Insider Line for priority assistance: 1.866.214.2469.
What happens to my Rewards Points when I return items?
To keep things fair for everyone, the Rewards Points you earned from a purchase will be deducted from your account if you return the item/s.
Can I gift Rewards Points to either a charity of another myGNC Rewards/myGNC PRO Access member?
We love how generous you are, but at this time your points are yours and yours alone. To have and to hold. From this day forward. Actually, for 12 months on a rolling basis in your account. Which means if you’re not active and we don’t see you for 12 months, your Rewards Points will expire. Points are not transferable and cannot be combined among members.
What can I spend my Cash Back Rewards on?
Just about everything at GNC! The only exceptions: a myGNC PRO Access membership and gift cards. Cash Back Rewards cannot be applied to past purchases.
Can I use Cash Back Rewards on GNC.com?
As of right now, no. Your Cash Back Rewards are valid only at GNC physical locations. But this may change so stay tuned!
How long are Cash Back Rewards valid?
Don’t worry, you’ve got plenty of time to spend them! myGNC Rewards members have 30 days to use their rewards once they’re activated. myGNC PRO Access members have 60 days to use their Cash Back Rewards.
Can I use part of a Cash Back Reward toward my purchase?
Sorry to report, but there are no partial redemptions. For example: if you’re purchasing something for $10 with a $15 Cash Back Reward, the remaining $5 will not roll over. You will not be able to apply that remainder to a future purchase.
Why do you need my phone number, email and mailing address?
We ask for your phone number so it’s easier and faster to look up your account in store. No prank calls, we promise.
Your email address is the most important part of your myGNC Rewards account. We use it to look up your info in store and put points into your account. It’s also how we send you your monthly account statement, Cash Back Reward notifications, special offers and more.
We need your mailing address to send you personalized offers. If you’re a PRO Access member it’s necessary so we can ship your PRO Boxes to you! If your address changes, please update it in your member profile so you don’t miss a thing.
You’re free to opt out of promotional emails if you’d like. You can click on the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email or contact our Customer Service team at 1.888.462.2548. PRO Access members can call the PRO Access Insider Line at 1.866.214.2469 for priority assistance.
And just so you know, your email is safe with us. We’ll never sell your email address to anyone.
Do I earn Rewards Points on GNC products at Amazon.com, Rite Aid or Sam’s Club?
Nope, you only get Rewards Points when purchasing from GNC stores, GNC.com or the GNC Live Well app.
What is a PRO Access Pick-Your-Day sale?
myGNC PRO Access members get four personal sale days (called Pick-Your-Day sales) a year. Once you become a member, you’ll receive a new 3x Rewards Points offer every 90 days and you get to pick the day to use it.
Each Pick-Your-Day offer will be sent to the email address you provided at signup. You’ll need to print the email or show it to an Associate on your phone when you redeem Pick-Your-Day offers in store. (Coming soon: a way to redeem Pick-Your-Day offers online!)
You’ll have 90 days to redeem each offer. Rack up tons of Cash Back Rewards with Pick-Your-Day sales!
When will I get my first PRO Box? And what can I expect in it?
As a myGNC PRO Access member you’ll get two PRO Boxes throughout the year of your membership. When you enroll, complete your profile and provide your mailing address determines when you receive your PRO Boxes.
Members that enrolled/renewed their PRO membership, completed their profile and provided their full mailing address from:
- 12/28/17 - 3/31/18 will receive PRO Boxes in April 2018 and October 2018
- 4/1/18 - 6/30/18 will receive PRO Boxes in July 2018 and February 2019
- 7/1/18 – 9/29/18 will receive PRO Boxes in October 2018 and May 2019
We’ll send an email confirmation along with your shipment date and tracking number as soon as your box ships.
PRO Boxes may include samples, products, coupons, swag and a surprise or two.
Make sure you fill out your member profile so we can get your PRO Box packed and shipped off to you!
How do I get a PRO Box tailored to my interests and goals?
You’ll be able to pick the PRO Box that’s best for you before each one ships. Choose one of these three PRO Boxes: Performance, Wellness or Weight Management. You’ll need to make a selection by a given date so we can fulfill your particular box.
Heads up, if you don’t pick a PRO Box, we’ll pick one for you.
Is the Gold Card program completely gone?
Yes! It was a good run, but after talking to our customers, we learned that having a free membership program, and one new low price, were the ways to go. You talked, we listened!
I’m not getting myGNC Rewards/PRO Access emails. How can I fix this?
We don’t want you to miss out, either! Please call Customer Service at 1.888.462.2548. If you are a myGNC PRO Access member, please call the PRO Access Insider Line at 1.866.214.2469.
I'm getting too many GNC emails. How can I fix this?
Sorry about that! Look for the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of each email. Click that link. It will take you to a page where you can tell us that you want fewer emails or want to fully opt out of promotional emails. Heads up, though: even if you unsubscribe from promotional emails, you will still get operational emails related to myGNC Rewards/PRO Access, such as your monthly statement, Cash Back Reward notifications (come on, these are the fun ones!) and any account change notifications.
