Outstanding probiotic product
These Probiotic Complex Extra Strength - 150 Billion CFUs are expensive, but they are a really excellent product. They are $2.50 each, though only one capsule per day. I am on long-term antibiotics and needed a boost to regain gut flora balance. This is the most effective probiotic product I have used. Of course I combine their use with a very rigid diet avoiding sugars, molds, yeast, alcohol, etc. I highly recommend these probiotics, but I really wish GNC would give a break on the price. I gave them 4 stars only because of the price. They are a 5-star product.

When is the best time to take is you probiotic?

BEST ANSWER: The label says to take it once per day with food. I take it in the morning (half way through breakfast), several hours before or after antibiotics. The time of day does not matter - but taking it with food, and several hours before or after antibiotics does.
