Hypothyroidism weight loss
The banana cream isn't the best, but the vanilla, Swiss chocolate, and strawberry are great. I'm 4 pounds down in 3 days with replacing breakfast and lunch with this shake.

My favorite protein drink
I've tried many protein shakes and this is the best. No lumps, no funky aftertaste. Comes in many flavors. Easy to grab and go.

Average shake
The vanilla shakes are ok, but somewhat watered down. I can still drink them, but prefer the other flavors.

Love it
Great shakes. A little sweet for my taste, so I add a cup of crushed ice and blend it up in a blender.

These all taste awesome! I was veryyy skeptical because I was hoping they weren't chalky, gross, or having a weird smell. I know myself well enough to know that I won't stick with it if I have to hype myself up to drink it each time. I bought a bunch of different flavors to try so I would know how they all taste. Banana is my absolute favorite but they all (I bought Bananas & Cream, Strawberries & Cream, Vanilla Bean, Snickerdoodle, and Swiss Chocolate for my husband) actually tasted good!!

Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream..Got your attention yet?
I've been using the Vanilla Bean Lean Shakes as coffee creamer for years after a suggestion from the sales rep at the store I go to. I went into the store to restock recently and the rep suggested I try the Shamrock Cream. He said it tastes similar to a Shamrock Shake. I bought a 4 pack. He was right, they are similar. Mild minty taste. But then the magic happened. I usually mix my chocolate post workout protein powder with some powdered peanut butter and vanilla almond milk. But today I was out of almond milk. A little extra protein couldn't hurt. Mint=good. Chocolate=really good. Mint+chocolate=awesome. Chill a Shamrock Cream Lean Shake, add chocolate protein powder and ice. Mix in whatever blender you use for smoothies. Mint chocolate chip shake.

How is this lactose free if it contains milk?
A shopper on Jun 28, 2013
BEST ANSWER: Lactose isn't milk, lactose is the sugar in milk just like fructose is the type of sugar in fruits, and lactose can be either removed, or (and this is actually misleading) can be left in the product, and then be accompanied by a lactose enzyme called "lactase" artificially added. This is misleading because they can put "lactose free" on it, but all it really is is the lactose and the enzyme "lactase" that is added to "cancel" out the it's not technically "lactose free" but apparently close enough that they can legally get away with it.

Why do the Ready-to-Drink Lean Shakes contain only 6g Carbohydrates per serving, but the canister's serving size of two scoops contains THIRTYg carbs per serving?
