I highly recommend it.
I take 1 teaspoon every morning in a glass of water. It tastes good, easy on my stomach. Also, helps with prevent kidney infections.

I use it with smoothies and unflavored protein powder. It is not bitter tasting at all and I have improved my health by using it.
