Only Ok
Not a huge fan of this flavor. it also seems so thick that it has small chunks and it is hard to get it really cold. I can't drink an entire bottle at one sitting because of those two things. Considering using a frozen mug to get it colder but that defeats the convenience factor.

Delicious & Nutritious!
I just had major mouth surgery, so finding something to drink the first 30-days had me looking at BOOST and ENSURE which is overly loaded with SUGAR. I didn't want that. So, I found this product on the GNC site and I am so glad I ordered it. I might just keep this on hand forever since it has so much protein and does taste like a creamy strawberry shake.

Best Shakes
I have been drinking the Strawberry shake for a few months now, normally I drink one shake a day around 10:00a.m and that fills me up until dinner which is around 5:00p.m.; I have seen amazing results in my weight, I recommend these shakes. Now I am on the automatic delivery each month. Best shake I ever drank.

I drink 5 of these drinks a day. Could I hurt my kidney?
A shopper on Mar 4, 2018
BEST ANSWER: Potentially, yes. That is a lot of protein for your body to filter out especially if you are not working out to the point that you need that much protein.

Also, you should limit shakes to 2 a day. While it is lighter and easier to digest a shake, eating real healthy food is usually better.
