Highly Recommended.
I have been drinking whey protein powders for the past 4 years almost daily. There are some really good powders out there in the market, plus some really awful ones. Some have given me severe heartburn, while others have a pretty bad aftertaste.

I gave Ghost Cereal Milk flavored protein a shot due to the exciting packaging and the unique flavor option. OMG, this stuff is delicious. The taste is on point and definitely does have a "Cap'n Crunch cereal milk" taste. It's very smooth and it does NOT leave a aftertaste or even a chemical taste, unlike many other protein powders in the market. This is surprisingly the best protein powder out there.

Ghost is a fairly new brand in the market and they currently have an amino and a pre-workout available. I am very interested in trying those out next and look forward to any upcoming whey protein flavors.

My favorite tasting whey thus far
To be honest I don't take whey every single day and I'm not a self proclaimed meat head but I do take a shake when I'm unable to get breakfast in or generally in a rush and need to get something in my stomach. This is, by far, the best tasting whey I've tried. It also doesn't have that sandy, grainy, consistency which I feel like most supplement products have in general which is awesome. Definitely would recommend if you're a casual consumer like me.

This stuff tastes amazing. Almost like the yellow squares pin captain crunch. It mixes very well, I never have clumps.

Great Taste, High Cholesterol
The flavor of this protein is what really intrigued me after it was highly talked about on the internet. The taste is really good. Probably one of the top 3 tasting protein powders I've tried. I mix mine with almond milk to give it more of a cereal milk taste. It blends well and does not leave a chalky or mineral-y taste in your mouth. The only downside is the amount of cholesterol in this powder is HIGH. Most of the protein powders I'm used to taking has 0 to 4mg per serving of cholesterol. This has 40mg per serving!

a powder primer
First of all, my name's not "s". Secondly, the cereal milk flavor is quite good. And it mixes well (On French vanilla really doesn't) Well, that seems great, except it doesn't have much protein in the powder. You have to consume A LOT of powder per day.

Might as well eat a steak or Pig
The sodium and cholesterol content are off the charts....don't understand why you need "Salt" as the first ingredient. Very strange product, great for breakfast maybe, but way too much sodium.

Couldn't drink this everyday or all day for that matter. Definitely sticking with Wheybolic Advanced.
