Great quality
The ashwagandha is KSM-66, one of the two best types out there. Its good for anxiety without getting too sleepy. Other effects I've noticed for me is increased libido and strength gains. Much better than the generic formulations of ashwagandha extract.
Sensoril is the other type that is highly effective, but less commonly seen at supplement stores. That kind is more geared towards pure anxiety releif along with sleep.

Looks right and feels right.
Taking it in combination with Men 50+ vitamins and other circulatory supplements. Less fatigue and the bedroom is fun again.

BEST ANSWER: I am not aware of that recommendation and am not in a position to comment. I take Ashwagandha to keep my mood balanced and improve my general well-being. I can recommend it for those things.

When is the best time to take ashwaghanda 600 morning or night?
BEST ANSWER: I take my ashwagandha in the morning along with my other vitamins/supplements that I take every day.

Is it good to take ashwaghanda root and maca root together?
BEST ANSWER: I do not use maca root. But I don't see a conflict between maca root and ashwaguanda. I would be concern with combining maca root with ginseng. I hope that that is helpful.
