I like it. It was recommended by my doctor to actually be used on my skin for radiation treatment for breast cancer. And it has saved me with no burns.

Stops the burn
I use aloe vera juice to help with indigestion, I can really feel a difference when I drink the juice. It really puts out the burn. I also drink it if I know I will be eating some real spicy foods, as a preventive measure.

A Wonder Juice
This is about the safest and most delicious way to obtain relief for acid reflux. It also helps with any digestion issues. Five out of seven nights I was waking up coughing and sometimes not getting back to sleep at all. Not a good thing. I started drinking a 4oz glass every morning and before I go to bed at night. In the last 2 months since I started I have been up twice. It has definitely been a life savor for me.

Best digestive health medicine for me!
Started using aloe Vera juice (my favorite flavor is cranberry, which is hard to find now) on the advice of a friend when I had issues after c-diff & ulcerative colitis. I drink 2 oz in the morning on an empty stomach & wait an hour before eating, though I don't wait to have my coffee. My gastroenterologist was amazed at my improvement and at my followup colonoscopy declared I was ulcer-free. GNC's brand is the best tasting aloe I have found! I wouldn't go without it!

I have begun to suffer from acid reflux; always at night and it wakes me up. I heard about Aloe Vera juice and thought I would try it. Oh My God! The first night it worked! I now sleep through the night without the pain of acid reflux. Thanks GNC!! A wonderful product derived from one of nature's super plants. I am so satisfied!!

The Best Brand
I use this product as suggested for digestive support. GNC's Aloe Juice taste great, however the unflavored version isn't one of my favorite's but I'd give the cranberry Aloe Juice five stars.

In May 2012,I was diagnosed with acid reflux. The Dr. put me on 20mg of omeprazole twice a day last year. I took it for approx. 6 months and was having problems with nausea, a discomfort in my stomach, and loss of appetite all day and everyday. Just didn't feel good at all. I quit the omeprazole and still didn't feel good. February 2013,I read an ad in a paper while snowbirding in Florida about the benefits of drinking aloe vera juice and decided to try the Aloe Vera. After suffering for months, the Aloe Vera gave me relief after a day or two. Now, 3 weeks later, I am hungry again. I have no discomfort or nausea feeling in my stomach. The Aloe Vera Wild Berry is my favorite. I drink 2 oz before breakfast and 2 oz. an hour before bedtime every night.

A shopper on Jan 14, 2012
BEST ANSWER: You can talk to a pharmacist or nutritionist, which I would recommend anyway to be sure, but I believe this will be OK for you to use with your son. It has no known side effects for diabetics, and is great for relief of heartburn from acid reflux. It can actually help to heal the erosion from the acid.
I am looking for something else to take for my acid reflux and I heard Aloe vera jiuce is one how much would I have to drink on a daily base
A shopper on Dec 10, 2011
BEST ANSWER: It looks like a good supplement that has very few other ingredients. My only concern would be if this is another 'snake oil' remedy.
The label says to drink 8 ounces a day and the bottle is 32 ounces (4 days). This will be an expensive "cure" at $9.99 a bottle.
Have you tried a protein pump inhibitor such as Prilosec/Omeprazole, an over the counter pill?
is this aloe vera juice in glass or plastic bottle?
A shopper on Feb 24, 2011
BEST ANSWER: plastic bottle
Will this product help with acid reflux?
A shopper on Mar 7, 2010
BEST ANSWER: It's suppose to. It was recommended by my Gastroenterologist I have been taking Aloe vera juice for two months every day now and I went from taking aciphex tablets (which is a strong acid reducer medication) two times daily (14 tabs/week) to only 3 tabs per week, so that is significant. It also has been working wonderfully with my IBS. It decreased the spasms and pain. I drink about 2-4oz daily. You need to be patient and follow instructions on the bottle and see how much works for you. you may need more or less then what I take, but don't exceed the recommended dose.
Can children take this? My 11 year old has reflux. Thanks
