My husband and I have tried both the Cinnamon and PB varieties and really enjoy this protein blend. It blends easily, with shaker or spoon. I like that it offers unique flavors from the traditional chocolate/vanilla. I also add it to my overnight oats for additional punch and flavor, meaning it's versatile for add-ins! Overall, great product. We have bought three containers and will keep purchasing.

Not kidding when I say this tastes exactly like Fruity Pebbles. I mixed it with unsweetened Almond Milk. YUMMMM! So good. I will purchase this again!

Other than it tasting great, it has worked fabulously for me as a lunch replacement (plus carrots or a banana). It really does keep me feeling full and energized up until dinner time, so I don’t afternoon snack! I have been using for a week so far, using it after a mid morning workout. 1.5 scoops with 10 oz water and ice! Will definitely buy again!

The taste is unreal, just like fruity Pebbles cereal. It is a pretty clean supplement. Great for if you're trying to reach your protein without going over in calories. Keeps you full for a few hours after a workout. I use 2% milk and its not too rich or sugary. Overall will be buying again in the future to try the other flavors.

Great taste and perfect for breakfast. It mixes well with steal cut oats from Trader Joe’s, add some raisins, Craisins or some sliced almonds. A great after morning workout recovery meal.

I like these but get a little aftertaste from it

Tasty for a protein shake. Mixes very well in a shaker bottle on the go. Have been using it for breakfast and sometimes a mid afternoon snack on the days I work my 2nd job.

Got it in a GNC pro box last week. I am a runner and I used it post 14 mile run. Legs were sore/muscle tightness immediately after the run. I combined the free sample pack with 1 cup of skim milk, 3/4 cup blueberry, and 1 cup of ice and it was amazing. Literally tasted like fruity pebbles/fruit loops. I was surprised to wake up the next day with no sore legs.

So In the Box i received a Sample packet Of sustained Protein blend. I poured The 1 serving Protein pack into the Blender along with a couple Blue berries, plus a banana & A cup of milk.
Wow It was So Tasty! My flavor was the Fruity 1? It Tasted Exactly Like the Actual Fruity Pebbles Cereal... the flavor is Delicious! I had it in the morning and now it’s Afternoon and i have a Craving for it again hahaha
But Yes, The aminos & whey Deliver Quick muscle Fuel, and then the casein for Slow release fueling your body throughout the day.

I am a runner who needs both the quick boost of Whey and the long burning fuel of Casean protein. The sustained product from GNC gives me just what I need.

We switched to this protein after ProJym changed their flavors. Our favorite is the cinnamon toast; we mix it with water usually post workout and it mixes very well with a blender ball. I haven’t been taking it to gain muscle as I am female who is looking to maintain; I only use it as a supplement to my regular protein intake so I can’t vouch for the blend as far as it building.

This stuff is amazing! Tastes great. I have mixed it with milk and water. Both are delicious. I have the fruity crisps, cinnamon toast, and the peanut butter. All are fantastic. Take it early in the morning at work on an empty stomach and easily lasts until lunch. Highly recommend.

Purchased 2 flavors of this Sustained Protein Blend to supplement the Amp Wheybolic Ripped that I take pre-workout. Post work out I take Vanilla Cereal Milk & put in a Nutribullet with frozen strawberries & plain kefir-delicious like a strawberry milkshake. I exercise late at night so this mixed with kefir-the champagne of milk which also has a high protein content is great to get me through the night with a positive protein balance while sleeping. First thing in the morning I take chocolate cereal milk with plain kefir-good but my fav is the post workout with frozen strawberries blended, This works for me-a female 4ft 11in tall & 64 but leg press 798# max-guys at the gym all freak out.

My husband bought the peanut crisp flavor and I was instantly jealous. I do keto diet to cut weight when I get heavy and wanted to try it. My mind was blown that it had only 3 carbs. I didn’t hate the flavor just not crazy about peanut butter. We went and bought my own- fruity crisp. I love it. I use it less than once a week but it is so nice to have another option for breakfast. I find that if I drink this I am not hungry till dinner! I have to remember to eat! I also love that it gives me the chance to “taste” cearel again as it has too many carbs for the keto diet. It takes away that cearel craving!

I'm no fitness expert but I bought this hoping that it would be something I could use at work on busy days when I cannot take a break. I am a hairdresser and I have long days on my feet and sometimes I don't get a break of any kind. I wanted something to hold me through my long days. I've now started using it in smoothies for meal replacements and after cardio and strength workouts and I really enjoy it. The taste is great. When I need it for sustained energy, it does what it says. When I want it for recovery, I notice a faster recovery time. I will keep buying this.

First and foremost taste is on point I tried the fruit charms and the cinnamon toast and I’m totally blown away on how good it is with just water and a couple of ice cubes. Secondly performance I use this shake as a post work out recovery drink after hitting my crossfit classes. Keep in mind Suppliments don’t work unless you do! Recovery is amazing and the added casein protein helps with night time recovery too. I would recommend this to any serious athlete or someone looking to reach their goals quicker.

GNC associate said this would be good before bed or as a breakfast shake. I'm hungry an hour later (even a fruit smoothie lasts longer) and it does not taste good. I bought vanilla cereal milk and it reminds me of the old Slim Fast milkshakes.

Okay so, I got recommended this protein by the salesman and usually I hear about GNC brand protein being bad, BUT THIS PROTEIN IS SO GOOD. I got the peanut butter puffs flavor and I love it! I have tried A LOT of protein powders, just about every type you'd find in any supplement store, but this may be the best tasting one yet. It can help keep you on track with your diet by killing off cravings. Like Pro Jym, it has four different types of protein to release a larger amino profile over time, therefore leading to superior muscle recovery to a standard 100% whey, so performance is not an issue. I have come to learn that if a protein tastes good, you are more likely to take it consistently and I cannot emphasize the taste enough. You won't believe it until you try it!

I decided to try this from my normal shake (the GNC Lean Shake Burn) to try something new. Honestly, I'm not too impressed. I feel like with in the first hour I'm starving again, where compared to the other I was full for hours. The flavor (peanut butter) is okay. I found to mix it with my morning coffee and then put it over ice is by far the best. I think the fact that this lacks caffeine is my biggest issue. But I would not tell people to not try this. Big fan of GNC products. Just not my favorite.

I love the flavor. Taste just like fruity pebbles and no protein taste..AT ALL! I have let several people try it and they all love it.

While I don't believe that the process takes 7 hours, I do think the added blend with casein does help curve my appetite a bit, and I don't feel as depleted going to the gym. My issue was eating enough going into the gym, I can drink this 2 hours or so before a workout and still feel like I have something on my stomach to push thru my routine. The taste in on par with other decent tasting proteins. Working well for me, try it for yourself see if you like it.

BY FAR THE BEST TASTING PROTEIN INHAVE USED! (I got the vanilla cereal milk) I lalso ove that this has both whey and casein protein as well as BCAA in it. Perfect for breakfast if I'm in a hurry, or cramming in that last minute protein before bed if I'm short for the day.

I am on my first tub (chocolate - tastes just fine and dissolves into 1% milk and almond milk and water blend just fine) and only one in 12 reviews comes close to discussing performance benefits or anything remotely close to bloat, recovery, muscle growth, etc. I'm glad you are reminded of Saturday mornings and cartoons growing up - how about a real review? So far I have noticed no bloated feeling but it is too early to discuss the tangible results. Stay tuned.

Best tasting protein I’ve ever used

Since JYM protein was rebranded and stopped selling s'mores, I desperately needed a new protein. This is the most comparable as far as the protein blend, and they have bcaa's as an added bonus. Price is a little high but definitely top quality, and tastes amazing -- if you are into reminiscing of your childhood days drinking cereal milk. Can't wait to try the other flavors

One of the best tasting protein shakes ever! Even better than the strawberry wheybolic amp flavor. Mixes well with my vortex cup. No clumps, and goes great with unsweetened almond milk. The best part is that there is no cravings after consuming it.

I was looking for a meal replacement. The GNC employee recommended this... I was honestly kind of hesitant about buying it. I bought the peanut butter puff flavor and OH MY GOODNESS! It is so delicious. Taste like waking up on a Saturday morning for cartoons. It is great for a meal replacement as well as for post workout.
