Good but the tablets are big, I prefer smaller tablets.

I take this per Dr recommendation. I use this as directed along with prescribed Potassium to assimilate. Otherwise terrible debilitaing cramping.

BEST ANSWER: If you can't swallow tablets, buy capsules which you can open n put in juice. I wouldn't crush them it might be harder to swallow
