Digestive saviors!
Was having a lot of problems with indegestion and bloating to the point where the first hour after a meal it was a gamble if I were going to feel miserable or not. First day on these, I noticed a difference. I've been sensitive to dairy and heavy starches but I ate both, just to see, and none of that uncomfortable bloating after the meal. Definitely recommend it. As I continue to make changes, I can only see these as becoming an even better benefit to my digestive recovery.
