Helped with IBS symptoms
10 Years ago I developed some IBS symptoms/issues from a prolonged Interferon treatment. I was having no luck with calming the pains, cramps and unpredictability from the IBS. I ended up with an Old-School Gastro doctor and he told me to try 500mg with every meal and after 30 days I would know if it would work or not..... Desperate, I tried it.... Day 28 I was thinking "this guy's another quack and doesn't know how to help either!" I kind of gave up mentally Just out of habit and because I still had some left, . I kept taking the Primrose and quit thinking about it.... amazingly, I noticed by the next week that my symptoms had subsided. I have been using it for roughly 8 years now and every time I think, I don't need it anymore, I'll quit for a few months and slowly the symptoms start creeping back. Once I restart the regimen, they subside after a month or so.
Weird!!!! but I'll take it....

Any acne success stories?
Has any one had success with there hormonal acne? I have been taking 1500 mg a day for almost 3 months and my face still breaks out. I am feeling very frustrated and defeated because nothing I have ever tried works for me. I am going to give it another month I guess.

Hello I purchased the GNC hair, skin and nails system last week i have been taking the reccomended dosages of all three pills and have consistently had a major headache everyday since starting the pills. could this be a side effect of one of the pills? and if so should i stop taking them or will it go away?
thanks!
A shopper on Mar 6, 2013
BEST ANSWER: Since no specific side effects or adverse reactions are listed by the manufacturer, it is difficult to determine that what you're experiencing is because of this supplement. The manufacturer does state, however, that all users should:

"Consult your doctor, practitioner, and/or pharmacist for any health problem and before using any supplements"

So you may want to consult your physician regarding the side effects of this supplement.
Should you only take dosage on bottle?
