Is teacrine a good for motivation and focus?
A shopper on May 5, 2018
BEST ANSWER: I recently watched a video by Thomas Delauer, he had stated that that it was thought that teacrine increased your focus and explained how. This was why I tried it, I start my morning with coffee, the teacrine and caffeine work together very well, the caffeine does motivate you and the teacrine does increase your focus, but the teacrine does not let you crash after the caffeine wears off. I do like the results that I have with the teacrine and caffeine.
