Will this product be of any use to someone who has Type I diabetes? (Our daughter has Type I.) Or, is it only benefitial for Type II diabetes? If it does not apply to Type I, what can you suggest to help maintain sugar levels for Type I? Also, what can you recommend for thyroid problems (enlarged thyroid) and high cholestoral? Thanks for your anticipated reply.

Sincerely,
Hollie Alexander

BEST ANSWER: Unfortunately studies have shown that cinnamon has no effect on those with Type I diabetes, unlike the positive effect it showed for those with Type II. Vitamin E and Niacinamide, however, have shown positive effects for Type I diabetics. Niacin has been shown to lower LDL cholesterol levels and raise HDL levels. Selenium and zinc have shown to have positive effects with thyroid problems.
Is this water soluble?
