Didn't help with pain.
I have chronic lower back pain and was hoping this would help but it didn't. I've tried other brands of white willow bark in the past with no results either.

I am having severe back pain? What would you recommend for neck pain
BEST ANSWER: I have back pain as well. White Willow Bark didn't help me. Bosswellia and Noni has helped a little but not much. CBD oil has helped the most as far as supplements go. The best thing I've found is keeping my weight down and exercises that focus on keeping my core strong. My Dr suggested Classical Stretch exercises with Miranda Esmonde-White so I'm hoping that helps more (classicalstretch. com episodes come on PBS at 6:30am EST). Deep tissue massage help relax the muscles so they're not pulling on my spine.
