Protein Pancakes with Whey Protein Recipe

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 cups oatmeal
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • 2 scoops GNC AMP Wheybolic - Classic Vanilla
  • Dash of salt
  • 2 scoops GNC AMP Wheybolic - Classic Vanilla
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
DIRECTIONS

Put oats in a food processor and process until ground. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend well. Scraping sides to make sure everything is combined.

Pour batter into heated, nonstick pan, and cook on one side until bubbles begin to form. Flip and cook a few minutes more. Serve warm.
